When searching for a job, job seekers initially search for a vacancy matching their skills and interests. However, next to that, job seekers also aim to find a company that has values that matches theirs. In the newest phase of the Industrial Revolution, Industry 5.0, a cooperation between human and machine is of great importance. In this poster we will show you a method to match job seekers and vacancies based on both skills and values. We focus on the question how to use NLP methods to extract company values from vacancy texts. Furthermore, we show you how to match company and job seekers’ values. Lastly, we answer the question how to match job seekers to vacancies based on both skills and values in a multi-criterion decision making problem?
